A Few Words About Azaya

Azaya, Inc. is a Manage Service Provider that knows small businesses because we are a small business. Built from the ground up, Azaya, Inc. knows that being a company’s IT source means more than just being another vendor. It is a partnership - one that we don’t take lightly. We live off of a simple motto, “Guaranteed Network Uptime!” That means our technicians are always working to make sure that your employees are working too. Working with a fixed-rate billing system, separates us from our competitors. With our-system, we are able to be more preventative than reactive which shows on your bottom-line. Being able to go the extra yard for our clients regularly shows in our service. We install the best equipment, have an effortless ticketing system that sends all requests to our technicians and we have more accountability and drive than anyone else. Our History

  • 1994

    Started the company. Out of necessity due to being unemployed during the world recession. During this time, Jitu became an independent contractor for GE, providing an onsite PC technician for their clients' service contracts.

  • 1998

    Established one of the first Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the Pioneer Valley.

  • 2001

    Grew big enough to move into our own building in Palmer.

  • 2005

    Azaya was the first to develop and introduce fixed cost IT services in the Pioneer Valley.

  • 2006

    Developed hosted enterprise class application & security data center environment for small business. It included Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Share Point, Offsite Backup and few other small applications.

  • 2008

    Became Cisco Certified Partner for Unified Communications which was and is the world’s best Business Class Voice Over IP phone system.

  • 2010

    Became partners with HP, Barracuda, and Symantec allowing a broader range of services and coverage for our clients.

  • 2012

    Launched eZ-Virtual IT which allowed Azaya, Inc. to better help their clients, deploying a proper ticketing system and remote management software for our clients.

  • 2014

    Out grew our office space requiring a move to a larger building allowing more growth

  • 2019

    Introduced eZ-Voice which allows Azaya to offer the lowest cost in the market for business phone lines. Offering the eZ-Voice at an extremely competitive cost Cloud/Hosted business phone system and still continues to offer Cisco’s newest and the best in the world on premise phone system. Azaya is prepare for what the future will hold.

Our Team

Jitu Changela

CEO

Jitu has always believed in surrounding himself with the best and most capable people. Coming to America in the ’90s byway of India and England, he has always believed in being driven and having accountability in one’s work. Having founding Azaya, Inc. in 1994, he has lived through the ups and downs of being a local business owner in today’s economy. Always looking for the next great idea or product is what drives him. No one believes more in what Azaya brings to the table and the solutions we produce for our clients.

Marc Solomon

Director of Operations

Marc joined Azaya, Inc. in 2017 as a technician and now has a leadership role in the company as the Director of Operations. He holds a his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Prior to working at Azaya, Inc., he worked in the banking industry and technology sales and repair. He brings extensive knowledge of business practices and customer service to the role. He is a huge Boston Sports fan!

Alexander Hinks

IT Project Manager

Alex joined Azaya in 2019, born and raised in Massachusetts. He went to collaborative for Graphic design moved on to get his Associates in science of graphic design, acquired his Associates Degree in marketing, and moved on to computer and IT security. Prior to working at Azaya he worked as a on-site/off site IT for 5 years. He enjoys finding creative solutions to problems and using his knowledge of technology and ability to communicate with individuals who are less tech savvy. Also enjoys cars and dogs. He also designed this site.

Phillip Royce

Systems Administrator

Phil joined Azaya, Inc. in 2016 through his school's Co-op program. He went to Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical High School in Electronics and Digital Logic. Prior to working at Azaya, Inc., he worked in the IT departments at his school and his local hospital. He brings extensive knowledge of corporate networks and computer repair to the role. He also rides his motorcycle has often as he can!

Bruce Mckenney

Business Development Lead

Bruce Went to school for marketing, spent time flip-flopping between marketing and accounting, ended up graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Marketing and Accounting & Business Admin. He previously worked as a pharmacy tech for 7 years, and has a passion for talking to and working with people. He has a keen eye for detail, always looking at ways to improve businesses, including Azaya. He enjoys playing video games and spending time with his dog in his free time.

Richard Priest

IT Help Desk

Richard joined Azaya in 2019 as a help desk specialist. He is a Cisco-certified network technician who enjoys problem solving, networking, hardware, and diagnostics. Richard holds multiple IT certifications and an Associate’s degree in Networking. He is ever learning.
