About Us

Azaya was founded in 1994 by Jitu Changela as C-Computer Systems Integrator offering onsite consulting, break fix and new systems implementation to SMB’s (small to mid-sized business) and residential clients in Western Massachusetts.   In the early years, we gained momentum by providing quality onsite services to GE customers throughout New England.

In 1998 we diversified our service offering by establishing one of the first ISP’s in the Pioneer Valley; providing dialup connections, dedicated internet connections and Web Hosting.

As we worked with the area’s small to mid-size companies we realized the need for managed services.  In an effort to help our clients streamline the delivery of basic IT systems such as firewalls, servers and networking we began to offer a product called Virtual IT.  For a fixed monthly fee, Virtual IT provides a complete IT infrastructure management.

Within the last 2 years we have added additional managed products such as Hosted Exchange, Hosted Share Point, Offsite backup and most recently VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
Throughout our proven record of success we have built a loyal customer base and developed solid strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Sonic wall, Citrix, Symantec and more.
